Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All Returns are subject up to a 30% Restocking Fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
-Custom Products
-Fuel Level Sensors
-Pumps
-Gaskets
-Wiring
-Hoses
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Boyd Welding does not Issue 100% refunds regardless of the shipping status, please read and understand below.
- All processed sales incur a 3% processing fee. We are charged a processing fee of 3% and we are not refunded this charge therefore this fee is NOT refundable in any circumstance, Whether the order has shipped or not.
- All Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Typically we attempt to waive this fee if the returned items are received in original packaging and not damaged or appear to have been used. Ultimately, Boyd Welding determines at its sole discretion when a restocking fee is charged or waived.
- Shipping Charges are never refunded. If we offered Free Shipping to you that doesn't mean that cost does not exist. We will deduct from any refund the actual shipping costs we paid initially. On low dollar orders the actual shipping cost could exceed the amount you paid resulting in no refund available.
Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus any fees.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
**Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you ordered the wrong item then you will need to process a separate order for the correct product and we will ship it and you can return your item for a refund following the returns and refund guidelines.
Cancellations
In some cases it may be possible to cancel orders that have not shipped but its not guaranteed. We have multiple locations and staff associated with completing your order so its not always possible to stop your order from leaving our facility. If your order has already shipped then it cannot be cancelled and is subject to the returns and refund policies.
***Cancelled orders are not 100% refunded regardless of the shipping status. When you place an order with us we are immediately charged a 3% processing fee which is not refunded to us, therefore, will not be refunded to you, the customer. Make certain you fully read and understand the refunds and returns policy.***
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
