Package Contents

Qty Item
1 Keyless CNC machined billet cap and neck assembly

6 #10 countersink mounting screws (general hardware)
1 Optional 1.25" rubber hose sleeve: adapter for fitting the neck assembly to an existing bed fill C10 tank

Tools & Hardware

Tools Needed

  • 5/16" nut driver
  • 3-3/4" hole saw or jig saw
  • Aviation snips, for trimming the rubber hose
  • 1/4" drill bit, for the pilot hole
  • Metal or wood files

Mounting Hardware

(6) #10 countersink screws are included as general hardware. Your application may need different hardware depending on your bed floor material and setup.

Installation Steps

  1. Mark the location and drill a pilot hole.
    • Pick the final location for the flush bed fill assembly and mark the center line.
    • Drill a pilot hole at the center mark with the 1/4" drill bit.
Check alignment first. Make sure the fill neck on your tank will line up directly below the spot where you plan to install the filler assembly.
  2. Cut the 3.75" hole.
    • Cut the main hole with the 3-3/4" (3.75") hole saw.
    • If the neck assembly won't slip through, open the hole slightly with a file.
    • Remove all burrs.
    • No hole saw? Lay out a 3.75" diameter circle around the pilot hole and follow it with a jig saw or your preferred power tool.
  3. Connect the hose and set the neck.
    • Slip the 4" rubber hose completely over the tank fill neck.
    • Slip both hose clamps over the hose, but don't tighten them yet.
    • Set the tank in place.
    • Insert the billet neck through the hole while pushing its 2" RFH (ribbed for hose) barb into the hose on the tank. Press firmly to engage the barb as far as possible.
Adapting to an existing bed fill C10 tank? Use the optional 1.25" rubber hose sleeve to adapt the neck assembly to the tank's existing fill.
Test-fit for a flush cap. If the neck won't sit flush with the floor, trim the fuel fill hose with aviation snips until the cap sits flush with the floor.
  4. Secure the neck and tighten the clamps.
    • Fasten the billet neck to the bed floor with the included #10 countersink screws (or hardware suited to your application).
    • Tighten both hose clamps.
