Every fabricator, machine shop, hobbyist, ETC run across situations where only a small amount of material is needed for a project. Maybe its a bushing or a spacer. These packs are perfect for that. Each pack weighs approx 5LB. Could be a little more or less. The lengths are completely random and cannot be specified or controlled. The QTY of ends in each pack will vary as this pack is sold by weight but the approx qty is 3-4 pcs.
What is a bar end? We are a machine shop, we run our products from this same bar stock but there is a point where the end of the bar does not have enough material to complete the part, while safely holding on to the remainder so its discarded creating a bar end. Its still perfect for many other uses, even some production, just not for us.
