American Standard 240-33 ohms (240 ohms at empty, 33 ohms at full)

Liquid Level Sender with American standard output (240 ohms at empty, 33 ohms at full). It is based on ABYC standard, and are non-linear.

Range difference: + / – (R*1.5 % + 1 Ohm)

  • 33 ohm at 100%
  • 67.5 ohm at 75%
  • 105 ohm at 50%
  • 142.5 ohm at 25%
  • 240 ohm at 0%

The electric liquid level sending units are widely used in marine, on-road, off-road, generator set, and industrial applications. The electric liquid level sending unit utilizes reed switch and magnetic field technology. The advantage of reed switch type level sender over thick-film swing arm type level sender is the reed switch’s durability and reliability. Additionally, in reed switch level senders the float is the only moving part of the sender, thereby minimizing potential mechanical failures.

Mark Walker
The best fuel sending unit.

This is exactly what I needed. Fuel gauge works smooth a reliable now.

Gary Bass
Stainless level sensor

Sender is first quality, reasonable price. Rubber gasket from manufacturer is defective. Holes in gasket are too large which made it impossible to seal on pressure test. Rotated gasket and drilled smaller holes, problem solved. No leaks!

Andrew Eakin
Easy install

I'm using it on an airboat so it's a little easier for me to work on the fuel cell, but it is very straightforward.
