All Bosses are quality checked with calibrated thread gauges while machining and again before entering inventory. We do not replace weld bungs after they have been welded or appear to have been used.
I had to repair a stripped out drain plug in engine case of an older 2004 RMZ250 dirt bike. These were perfect, I cut them down slightly and they welded cleanly in place, saving me from buying a new engine case. Good price, great packaging and fast service.
