Tank did not fit underneath Retrax Pro Bed Cover as advertised.

I ordered this tank because it was advertised as fitting underneath a Retrax bed cover. However it was 3.5” too wide and would not slide underneath the bed cover against the bulkhead in front of the bed and would not allow the fifth wheel hitch it fit in the bed.
I had to pay $850.00 to have it modified so it would work as advertised.
