The Boyd Welding 75-gallon stainless tank, product number 13013-SS-DP, is built from 12-gauge (0.109-inch) 304 2B stainless steel with two internal baffles, and every tank is pressure leak tested at 5–8 psi. It ships as a complete unit with an installed GPI 12V 15 GPM transfer pump, a 12-foot hose, a manual nozzle, a rollover vent, and a mechanical fuel gauge.

This tank comes with a driver-side pump position and is sold only as a complete tank-and-pump unit. It's backed by a 2-year limited structural warranty from the date of purchase, with free LTL freight shipping to the lower 48 states.

304 Stainless Steel Construction

All weld seams are fully passivated to remove contaminants that cause corrosion, so the tank can stand up to an outdoor environment without rusting, corrosion, or pitting.

Fuel and Use

This tank and all included components are compatible with both gasoline and diesel. Every tank is fully pressure tested and inspected following the 49 CFR 393.67 liquid fuel tank guidelines.

Truck Bed and Bed Cover Fit

This is our largest-capacity stainless truck bed tank. Fit depends on your truck, bed, and cover, so measure before you order.

Measure your specific application before ordering. The tank body measures 48" L × 24" W × 18" H. Make sure the larger 51" × 25.5" mounting footprint fits your bed space and that the 20" overall height, including the fill cap, clears the underside of your bed cover. Allow for any mounting materials, cover rails, or supports, and for the pump and its connections.

This stainless tank is offered in the driver-side position only. Check the drawing before you order. The stainless EZ-Spin pump mount is built for the GPI M150S 12-volt pump.

Installation Notes

The drain plugs are supplied but not installed. Remove the blue shipping plugs and install the drain plugs before adding any fuel. Blue plugs are for shipping only and must never be used with liquid.

Protect the threads. Stainless steel threads can cross-thread and gall easily. Start plugs and fittings by hand, and never install them dry; use the supplied PTFE tape. Thread damage from dry-fitted plugs or hardware isn't covered under warranty.

Brass fittings are recommended.

Can I put gasoline in this tank?
Yes. The tank and all included components are compatible with both gasoline and diesel.

Is it DOT compliant?
Our tanks are not guaranteed to meet DOT requirements, and no special permit is provided. Check the regulations for your use before installing.

Will it fit under my tonneau cover?
The tank is 20" tall including the fill cap. Measure from your bed floor to the underside of your cover, and allow for any mounting materials and cover rails. Also confirm that the 51" × 25.5" mounting footprint fits your available bed space.

What else do I need to install it?
Mounting hardware, a vent hose and small filter, and electrical connectors for your battery.

Can I get a center or passenger-side pump position?
Not on this stainless tank. It's offered with a driver-side pump position only.

Can I buy the tank without the pump?
No. It's sold only as a complete tank-and-pump unit.

What's the warranty?
A 2-year limited structural warranty from the date of purchase.
