You should market aluminum fuel tank fittings for your tanks to reduce electrolysis. It would give you another revenue stream
I would very much have liked to give a five star review because the craftsmanship of the tank itself spectacular… However, the tank when sitting on a flat surface rocks back-and-forth because the tabs that were welded on do not touch the ground on either side. I had to make shims for all four tabs so that the tank sat flat when bolted down. I ordered two tanks and both have the same issue. Otherwise, the tanks were perfect!
I needed a tank to provide fuel for a large air compressor system. I was looking once specifically for a fuel gauge. I was also looking for a tank that was better than the standard plastic ones that you get that dent easily warp in the sun or start to bulge. So far it has been working great. It was packaged very well and came with some instructions that were helpful. The only negative things that I have to say is that it would have been nice to have mounting hardware barbed fittings or bushings etc. The fuel gauge did not work at first but began to work after a while. For some reason when you fill up the tank it turns the gas a light brown color but it doesn’t affect anything also make sure you have some type of fuel filter because there were small bits of something in the fuel at the beginning. Overall I am happy with the purchase and will be purchasing more tanks in the future.
